Pre Labor-
You Dropped on: November 12th 2011 (32 weeks 5 days)
I lost my mucus plug on: January 5th 2011 (40 weeks 3 days) and January 6th 2011 (40 weeks 4 days)
I had my bloddy show on: January 6th 2011 (40 weeks 4 days)
My waters broke on: January 14th 2011 (41 weeks 5 days) at 1:34am
Labor-
My contrations started on: January 13th 2011 (41 weeks 4 days)
At this time: 6:30pm
They were this far apart: 5 Minutes
They lasted: 30-45 seconds
They felt like: Really intense waves of period cramps.
I knew I was in labor because: I just knew I can't explian it, I just felt I was.
When they started I was at: Home with Dustin
I was doing: Babysitting Lukas.
I was with: Dustin, Brandon, Alf, Taye and Lukas.
The weather was: Blizzarding and very cold.
The last thing I ate was: McDonalds, yuck.
When I realized I was in Labor I felt: Alot of intence pain, and contractions.
Other symptoms: Nausea and like I had to take a BM.
My contraction partner was: Dustin.
His reaction: He was very excited to meet his daughter.
Called my Dr at: They called her at 1:25am to come in and break my waters.
I recived this addvice: None.
I passed the time by: Talking with my Mom and Dustin.
I left the hospital at: 10am on January 14th 2011
People who came with me: Dustin and Baby Fayth.

My Labor and Delivary-
First Stage (contractions 5-20 minutes apart; 0-3cms)
First phase began: January 13th 2011 (41 weeks 4 days) at 6:30pm
How I felt physically: Tight period cramps in my lower tummy, intense tightening with each contration, and back pain.
How I felt emotionally: I was a little scared, but I put that to not knowing forsure if I was in labor or if it was another "faluse" labor.
I arrived at the hospital at: 10ish pm at the Lacombe Hospital.
My labor nurses: None becasue I didn't stay there.
My room number: I don't know.
Room discription: A single bed, fetal monitor, a cot, medical supplys and a bathroom
Who was with me: Dustin =]
I ate: Nothing.
I drank: A Pepsi.
What I did betwen contractions: I waited to find out what was happening and if I was in labor.
Medical interventions: None.
Second Stage (contractions 3-4 minutes apart; 3-7cms)
Second phase began: January 13th 2011 (41 weeks 4 days) at about 11:45pm.
How many hours from begining: 4-5 hrs.
How I felt physically: Very sore because we were driving to Red Deer.
How I felt emotionally: I felt every emotion poor over me, but I was mainly excited knowing that not only did I go into labor myself but I would soon be holding my daughter.
I managed the pain by: Deep breaths in threw the nose, and out threw the mouth.
Who was with me: My amazing Dustin.
What I did between contractions: I was focusing on staying calm because the roads were terrible and we were driving to The Red Deer Regional Hospital.
Medical interventions: Nothing at all, I hadn't even arrived at the hospital.
Notes: This is when everything really hit me, I knew soon I would be holding my beautiful little girl, and that I would soon be a Mommy of two.
Third Stage (contractions 2-3 minutes apart; 7-10cms)
Third phase began: January 14th 2011 (40 weeks 5 days) at 12:15am.
How many hours from the begining: 6-7 hours.
How I felt physically: Quite uncomfertable and I was in pain, but pretty good concidering I didn't have any pain medication.
How I felt emotionally: Extreamly excited knowing there was no turning back, soon I was going to be holding my daughter.
I managed the pain by: Dustin and my Mom kept my mind occupied.
Who was with me: Dustin and my Mom.
Labor nurses: Shannon.
What I did between contractions: Talked with Dustin and my Mom.
Medical interventions: They gave me laughing gas but I only attepted to inhale it 5 times because it was screwing up my breathing so I ended up getting pissed off and not using it at all.
Notes: I still cannot believe howfast an amazing my Labor and Delivary was!
Labor Interventions-
The anestheasia or Medication I recived during labor: Laughing gas but I only used it a few times, because it was screwing up my breathing.
After the medication I felt: Nothing because I didnt take enough
My labor was induced by: Nothing, I wasn't induced.
How I felt: Very proud that I went into labor myself!
My labor was helped along by: Dustins driving LOL!
How I felt: Every emotion possible.
Delivary-
I began to push at: January 14th 2011 (41 weeks 5 days) at 1:42am.
I pushed in these positions: Just laying on my back, didn't have time to try anything else.
I pushed for: About 7 minutes.
How I felt physically: Pain, your head came half out with the first contraction then I had to wait for the nexy to continue pushing you out.
How I felt emotionally: I felt every emotion possible, but mainly I was just so excited finally after 9 and a half months I was going to meet my daughter!
Pain Relif if any: Laughing gas although I didn't really use it.
Medical interventions: None, they were going to break my waters but the ruptured naturally so I didn't end up needing anything.
Complications: She pooped in me so I didn't get to hold her right away, they had to take her away and make sure she was okay. Although she stayed in the room.
Who was in the room: My amazing Dustin and My Mom!
Their reactions: Total and utter excitment, they both cried, we all loved her instantly!
Who cut the cord: Dustin did :)
Notes: I wouldn't have changed a single thing about my Labor and Delivary!
The Birth-
You were born at: 1:49am.
You were delivared by: Dr. Atchison.
How I felt physically: Very realived for the contractions and burning ring of fire to end.
How I felt emotionally: I was amazed and in utter awh, I couldn't believe something so amazing and perfect came out of me.
How my partner felt: He was so proud and excited, he was very emotional! He loves his daughter more than anything in this whole world.
Did she cry right away: Yes, she cried instantly for only a few seconds.
Did I hold her right away: Unfortionatly I didn't because she pooped inside me and they needed to make sure everything was okay with her.
How I felt: Worried, I just wanted to know she was okay.
I brestfed you: I got to breast feed 30 minutes after she was born, she latched like a champion!
How I felt: Very proud of her, I was so happy that I got to breast-fed again this time.
Placenta was delivared at: 1:56am.
Labor Memories-
The hardest part: Her head only coming out half one contration and having to wait for the next to push the rest of her out.
The best part: Getting to hold, cuddle, kiss, and love on her after 9 and a half long months. Also counting her fingers and toes!
The most unexpected part: How fast and easy my delivary was. 7 minutes and 5 pushes, it was so crazy.
The funniest part: Dr. Atchison getting ready to break my waters and just as she went to do it I looked at her and said "I dont think you need to break my waters" with a big grin.
Nicest thing Daddy did: He held my hand and held a heading pad on my back, he was absoultly amazing and perfect!
Nicest thing Daddy said: He told me how proud of me he was and how much he loved me, I never felt more perfect, it was one of the best moments of my entire life!
Dumest thing Daddy said/did: He bet me I wouldn't have her before 3am, lol he owes me $20 now =)
How I felt during the labor and delivary: I felt every emotion possible, I was scared and nervous that I wouldn't be able to do it, Excited and happy to hold her and kiss her and see her!

Fayth I love you more than anything, your only a day old and I dont think its possible to love anyone the way I love you. Your Perfect from the tiniest hair on your head all the way to your pinky toes!

Where Going Home Yay!-

How I was feeling physically: Great, a little tender down south but really good.
How I was feeling emotionally: Excited for everyone to finally meet her, and so proud of her, she is so beautiful, I just adore her.
Who was with us: Just Dustin.
Highlights on the way home: Her making all her cute little noices, and sweet faces.
When we got home we: I attempted to feed her, but she was so mucusy that I had to use the nasal asperator to get rid of it, then an hour later I FINALLY got her to eat.
There to greet us was: Brandon, Alf and Taye.
Reaction from your brother: As soon as we walked in he ran over to the carseat to check her out, he is such a proud big brother!
First Post Partum Days-
How I felt physically: Good, my boobs are very sore though.
How I felt emotionally: So happy more than words could ever explain, I am just so happy to finally have her home and out of my belly.
Aches and Pains: My ribs, lower back, behind and boobs.
My breasts feel: very tender, my nipples are very sore but i know it will get better.
I am sleeping: I've had maybe 4 hours of sleep so far lol.
I am getting help from: Dustin, he is so amazing.
The nicest thing Daddys done: He does anything I need done, but mainly its great to have him home helping with Fayth and Taye.
The upside to not being pregnant: Being able to hold, kiss and cuddle my baby girl, and sleeping on my tummy.
The downside to not being pregnant: I miss feeling her move and her hicupps.
Visitors: Maria, Greg, Edward, and Miranda.

I remember the joy we felt when we found out we were having a girl, Hearing her heart beat, feeling her move for the first time. I remember her kicking Dustin in the face everytime he layed his head on my belly. Her pushing her bum and feet out all the time. I wouldn't have changed a thing <3

This is your name because: It had so much meaning to us. Fayth after her Grandma Fay, Lee after me and her Auntie Erin, Rose after her Grandma Rose and Duda obviously after her Daddy. It's just the perfect name!
