I've been getting question after question about how I lost all the baby weight, what I do, what do i use, what do i eat.
Well Im going to be honest, im very lucky, but I do yoga, and this is something I swear by, not only to lose weight but to relax yourself :)

I also do a little pilates,
I also do youtube workouts, I just try to do different workouts each day and rotate them so I'm working many different areas of my body.
