I had my nephew today, what a little sweety he is, I really think Fayth is just loving him being around, having someone to play with all the time (who is her own age that is lol)

Fayth has been talking allot more now, well babbling or talking gibberish if you may, she is constantly telling everyone stories, and being a bossy little girl

I cannot wait for the weather to be nice enough to take the kids outside for more than 5 minutes a day ARG.

On a lighter note im slowly getting my house organized (which isnt easy when you have this much kids stuff lol), Finding a spot for all the stuff the kids got for christmas, and from Fayths birthday.

Blog #87 - Potty Training Help

How are you all today?

I was asked how we potty trained Taye, So i thought this would be a good topic to post a blog about. 

So First I'm going to start by saying I firmly believe that once you decided to potty train that is the end of diapers. NOT even at night. Why? because i found that my son would hold his poop until he would have a pull up on at night.

There are many tactics to try so here are a few different things we tried.

There is the reward tactic, The way we did it was if he went pee he would get a sucker, and if he went poop he could have a sucker and a chocolate milk.

There is the sticker tactic, Make a chart and allow them to put a sticker on for peeing, pooping, flushing the toilet, and washing their hands.

If you have boys and you are trying to teach them to pee standing up you could try putting food colouring in the toilet (so when they pee it changes colours), and Cherrio's or Fruit loops in the toilet (so they have something to aim for)

Disclaimer: I am not telling you this is how you HAVE to potty train your child, I am not claiming that what im telling you will work for your child, Please remember that all kids are different and what worked for my son may not work for your child.

So I really want to start planning the wedding but I dont really know where to start at all, I can't even imagine how people do this in only a month or two jez.

We've set a date, and time,

We've picked our wedding party,

We've picked our colors, 

We've picked our photographers,

We have a general idea of how we want things to go.

But I need some help with lists of things to consider because I have no idea what im doing not even in the least. Not only have I never really been to a wedding, or planned one, but I haven't even ever really organized a big celebration of any sort.

I really missed my little man, he is just enjoying Neko right now, all cuddled up on the couch :) how cute!

Taye has been such a big help with Neko, teaching Fayth how to pet her nice, and picking her up for Fayth so she can see her. He's even helping with the feeding and changing the litter :)

We went to visit the in laws today, its always really nice to go over and visit, and the kids adore their grandma and grandpa :)

We got the kids a..... KITTY!

Isn't she just beautiful! My Bestfriend saved her from a dairy farm that her boyfriend works at. They were living in a freezing dairy barn, with the weather getting to -30, and to top it off they had no food.

Taye and Fayth are head over heals in love with her and have named her Neko.

I went 9 Days Over Due with my son.

With my son, 3 hours in total (2hrs 25min after waters broke)

Best thing about being a mother?

Getting to watch them grow, and develop, seeing each accomplishment.

Loving them, Cuddling them, & Giving them everything they deserve :)

Well it's official both Fayth and Taye are sick, there so congested and full of mucus.

I'm not honestly that surprised considering how many people have sick children right now lol.
