Blog #78 - Home Cold Remedies

Well it's official both Fayth and Taye are sick, there so congested and full of mucus.

I'm not honestly that surprised considering how many people have sick children right now lol.

So I thought this would be a perfect time to do a Home Cold Remedies Blog.

I'm going to list a few I've found, and I would love it if you all would post a comment with your best home cold remedie!

[] Try to get them to eat as much as you can,

[] Keep track of their temperature,

[] Air Humidifier (These are AMAZING)

[] Vapor Rubs,

[] Warm Fluids always help, my kids love tea,
[] Warm baths, and massages always seem to help.
