Cool Chocolate Pie

This is such a yummy and easy treat!

Ingredients:
Butter Or Margarine, softened = 1/2 cup or 125ml.
Granulated Sugar = 3/4 cup or 175ml.
Semisweet chocolate chips, melted = 1 cup or 250ml.
Eggs = 2.
Vanilla = 1tsp or 5ml.
Baked Pie Pastry Shell, 9in" = 1.
Whipped cream = 1 cup = 250ml.
Granulated Sugar = 2tsp = 10ml.
Vanilla = 1/2 tsp or 2ml.
Cocoa = 2tbsp or 30ml.

Directions:
1. Cream the butter and first amount of sugar together in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
2. Add melted chocolate. Beat well. Add eggs 1 at a time beating thoroughly after each one. Add first amount of vanilla and mix.
3. Pour into pie shell and cool for several hours.
4. Beat the cream second amounts of sugar, vanilla and cocoa until its stiff. Put dollop on each wedge or scoop over the whole pie. Cuts into 6 pieces.
